Will you come and meet my pet first?
Yes, a suitable time can be arranged, and there is no charge for this initial meeting.
Do you pick up and drop off my dog?
Yes, I always provide pick-up and drop-off services for your convenience.
Are you insured?
Yes, Wiggles Walks & Paws are fully insured for your peace of mind.
Do you have a cancellation fee?
Yes, I require 24 hours' notice for most services. For overnight stays, I kindly ask for 48 hours' notice.
Is my dog cleaned after a walk?
All dogs are wiped and towel-dried before returning home, ensuring they're as clean as possible.
How long are the visits for cat/small animal feeding?
Our visits are typically 30 minutes long to allow for a good cuddle and to ensure food is being eaten and they are comfortable.
Can I be sent photos or videos when I'm away?
Absolutely! I'm happy to send you photos and videos. With your permission, we might also share these on our social media to show off your happy pet!
When do I pay?
An invoice will be sent either weekly, monthly, or as arranged during the booking process.
